Your post comes in to our secure offices, which we own. This means that nobody other than us has access to your post, making your post fully secure.
All members of our team have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau. So you can rest assured that your post will be opened and handled by trustworthy individuals. We also have a Data Protection Licence.
Once we have uploaded your post to your personal account on our secure portal, we will email you to let you know. We can keep your original post in our secure storage facility and can post your original mail onto you, if you wish.

You can also protect your security by ensuring that other people cannot access your personal account. A key element is ensuring that you create a strong password, which other people will not be able to guess. We would particularly recommend that your password is a minimum of eight characters long and it includes characters other than letters. We also recommend that you do not use the same password for other websites where you need to provide a login.
